Francis P. Gemino: Chairman & CEO

Francis P Gemino founded Henley and Company in 1986. Prior to his vision for Henley and Company, Mr. Gemino has had a long and distinguished career as a CEO, Managing Director and Financial Advisor for various prestigious financial companies. Mr. Gemino started his career on Wall Street after graduating from St. Francis University in 1972.

Since graduation Frank has worked as a licensed Financial Advisor for such firms as Edwards and Hanley, Butcher and Singer, Blyth Eastman Dillon, Oppenheimer and Co, Drexel Burnham Lambert, John Franklin and Associates, and Raymond James where Frank became the principle owner and managing director of a Raymond James franchise in NYC. For several years Frank’s proactive management style and leadership helped grow Raymond James Financial Services and its extensive retail and institutional customer base.

Understanding the need for change, Frank incorporated Henley and Company based on his proven principles of success and vision to better serve his established clientele.
